The goal is to restore efficient movement patterns, reduce unnecessary strain, and help the body move with greater ease and confidence in daily life.\\n
With a background in Pole and Aerial disciplines, Hanna also understands the physical demands placed on the body by sport and repetitive training. This allows her to design Pilates programs that support injury prevention, joint stability, and balanced strength, particularly for athletes who require both power and mobility.\\n
